Virtually unlimited support requests** to Digital Data Designed via phone/email/screen-share for questions on ServiceM8 issues, best practices, basic updates to ServiceM8 Implementation Settings & Digital Data Designed Implemented Items (less than 5 changes to Services, Forms, Documents, etc).
This is not a replacement of, nor will it cover, long-form consulation / training sessions. Support request will be made via provided Service Link, $40/instance support fee is waved.
A discount of 10% for services provided by Digital Data Designed are available be applied to future invoices at the discresssion of Digital Data Designed, which can include items such as consultation / training hours, SericeM8 Forms / Services / Document Templates / Etc.
Requests will be responded to promptly and generally within 24 hours, if not within 3 hours, unless there is an upcoming schduled session where such responses can be provided in a more direct fashion at that time.

**The quanity or duration of sessions within a time period will be deemed excissive at the sole discression of the Digital Data Designed team, and at which point will qualify for per-hour contsultation pricing, however notificaiton of such will be disclosed by the Digital Data Designed team prior to such action being taken.
